There is nothing I love more than pondering about the future.

There are a couple of future trends I currently am fascinated by. These are three of the many big fundamental shifts to come that will impact our future and future businesses. That’s why I believe, build and invest in companies in these areas:

Service industries have always depended on exclusive knowledge. The wonderful internet has turned this upside down. Knowledge is more accessible than ever and the companies enabling this will win.

In the past, consumers used a small number of media and discovered brands along the way. An infinite amount of new media combined with low brand trust will make it much harder to discover brands.
